Jim Huggins, PT, DPT

Jim is a lifelong resident of Monroe, LA. He graduated from The University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2009 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As a DPT, JJ went to work for Glenwood Regional Medical Center from June 2009-September 2020, where he worked with both outpatient and inpatients including acute, rehab, and skilled. He has been with us at Morehouse General since. His goal in this position is to build a strong orthopedic practice dedicated to rehabilitation needs of the Bastrop Community and the surrounding areas.

Trevor Koplitz, PT, DPT

Trevor graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2017. He has worked in orthopedics and sports medicine fields for his entire career. Trevor is a native of New Orleans, and previously worked at the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine for 3 years before moving to Monroe in 2020. In 2021, he passed the American Board of Physical Therapy Orthopedic Specialty exam to become one of only 4 board-certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Clinic Specialists in Northeast Louisiana. Trevor is also certified in dry needling and has advanced training in manual therapy including joint mobilization and manipulation. He has provided sideline coverage for D'Arbonne Woods Charter School, as well as the Bastrop High School football team. He enjoys working with athletes both on the field and in the clinic, and his goal is to provide excellent evidenced-based patient care for the greater Bastrop community and all patients of Morehouse General Hospital.
